Guess Who?

So I was cleaning out my old magazines, so I can recycle them, when I stumble upon my Seventeen Magazine from December 2002. I saw this article about Christian Rock music called, "And God Said Let's Rock," and I thought that sounds cool, let me read it. I'm always up for something cool to do with god. And I stumble on the word Virgin...

As I turned the page I started looking at the pictures of two people that were performing and on the ones that were attending them when I saw a familiar face, I looked at it closely and right away I look at her face and her stunning blue eyes... and OMG right away I'm like "IT'S KATY PERRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" OMG... But i didn't believe myself and I said it looks like her. So I read the picture caption and it said Katy. So I'm like ah there's too many Katy's in this world, but it mentioned she was a preacher's daughter... and I'm like I know both of her parents were pastors according to my J-14 May/June 2009 issue, that I got a few weeks ago.

So I decided to read what it said, to find out if it was really her. And this is what it said:
"Katy Hudson is a charming 18-year-old singer-songwriter with big blue eyes and messy hair dyed jet-black. She has an effortless star quality, but she's also the kind of girl who makes you feel like her new best friend by whispering secrets in your ear and grabbing your arm to tell you something when she's excited. in my relationship with Christ."

If someone is going to have sex, however, Katy absolutely believes that person should use a condom: "Some Christians think that if you use a
condom, it's premeditated. So nobody uses a condom at all and they have sex and get pregnant the first time." "

Wow it was Katy Perry, I knew because of the last name they used. I see that Katy was a fun loving girl even back then. I love what she said about the condom part. Because I am a very big believer, that if you are going to have sex please use a Condom girls. You heard it from Katy Perry. Of course the best option to avoid pregnancy and STD's that come with sex is to practice abstinence and not have sex at all until you are ready or old enough to live with pregnancy issues. But I wonder, is Katy Perry still a Virgin? Tell me what you think of this article, I will like to hear what you guys think. And sorry I don't have a picture from the magazine to show you. Can't wait for Fall

I cannot wait for fall. I can't wait for it to start getting chilly outside, being able to wear my scarfs, cute dresses with thights(nylons), flats and peacoats.

I cannot wait. I want to start dressing like this already:

and start carrying my cappucinos to class. Being able to wear layers of clothing and skinny jeans all the time.

I love it. I used to hate fall and winter because it was cold. But this summer and last summer I didn't have great summers like I used to. Plus this summer my feet were getting sun tanned of all of the flats I will be wearing. And my summer wardrobe sucked. Because I will have to wear converse all the time with every outfit to school, because I had chemistry and because I got a job that requires me to wear heels, so I needed the chucks for protection from harsh chemicals and the sun harmful rays.

I love my chucks, but eh didn't have an awesome summer. So I can't wait for fall. And i start school on Monday :( In the hot weather.

Lets be Beautiful this summer!

Why don't we try some stuff this summer, to make ourselves and a little of summer beauty come out.

Thanks to Marie Claire, I found some great new ways to make us look natural this summer.

Isn't summer supposed to be the time, people look beautiful, radiant and natural.

well with these tips you sure will.

Instead of drying you hair with a blow dryer and ruining your hair,
Try air-drying your hair this summer. And if you have curls let them loose.
Buy: apply a leave in conditioner, or a frizz serum incase curls get out of control.

Instead of drinking black coffee
Try drinking Iced Lattes this summer. (all the celebrities are doing it, why can't you?)

Instead of letting your beautiful eyebrows untamed
Try going to a professional to do your eyebrows, then maintain the shape yourself.

Instead of spray tanning your body, or using self-tanners
Try showing off your natural skin tone. Isn't summer the time to be your natural gorgeous self? (By the way you'll catch some color just crossing the street. Remember apply an SPF lotion to your body)

Summer=Vacation Time

So its summertime, and you know what that means; many people and families are taking the thing to do this summer- VACATION.

So I was in one of my favorite sites reading some articles and I found this great article called We Never Take a Vacation from Fashion which is about outfits to wear when you go to vacation.

I have got to say that these are one of the best put outfits I have ever seen. They are really cute and really cheap. So check them out.

My favorites are the pink shorts, they are too cute, and its a great outfit to wear to disneyland.

My second favorite, well let it be my all time favorite will be the Washington D.C. outfit, better yet known as the yellow outfit to me. The gladiator sandals and the cute yellow top are a must this summer.

And my third favorite will be the New York outfit. The author has a point, if you go to NY the last thing you want to look like is a tourist, but with this outfit you will look like you came out of a Sex and the City episode and will make you look like a New York native. So step fashionably forward to New York with that outfit.
